REASONS NOT TO MOVE TO ST JEAN:
1. HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE
2. INCONSIDERATE OFFICE STAFF
3. INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF
4. UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF
5. POTHOLES
6. TRASH COVERED LOTS
7. TOO MANY CHILDREN
8. NO SAFETY
9. NO ANNEMITIES
10. SECTION 8
11. THEFTS
12. EMERGENGY MAINTENANCE DOES NOT ANSWER
13. WILL LEAVE YOU STUCK OUT IN THE COLD
14. DISRESPECTFUL TREATMENT
15. PEST CONTROL NEVER SHOWS UP (BUT YOU PAY FOR IT EACH MONTH)...
AND THE LIST GOES ON...

REASONS TO MOVE TO ST. JEAN:
1. IF YOU LIKE BEING MISTREATED AND DISRESPECTED AT A PLACE WHERE YOU PAY YOUR RENT... THEN THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOU
