I originally moved to St. Jean when it was under another manager and had a completely different office staff. Then, it had some pretty good service. Debbie, Catherine, Tasha, and Charles were all very friendly and caring.

This new office staff seems to be very lazy and unconcerned about our living conditions, and other concerns. They are quick to get attitudes with the residents and often lie to us about various things including putting service requests in the system, when pest control will be on the property, etc.

The apartments are spacious. I would not recommend St. Jean but if you do end up here get an apartment in the front of the complex and avoid the staff.
