I have been here since 2002. When I first moved in, it was quiet. They had a lot of vacant apartments around mines.
That is true ABOUT THE POOLS, the pools were only open for 2 days this summer, so if you like to swim, don't move here. Plus the pools only go to 4-5 feet deep, if that.
The parking lots is full of potholes, and althought, the company does TRY and repair, it never works. Maybe they should try another vendor.
I have heard of a woman being sexually assualted at St'Jean and my father-in-law's truck was broken into not even a month after he moved in.
The maintenance crew tear up the grounds with those golf carts. Maintenance is slow and never "truly fix" your problem.
There are WAY TOO MANY KIDS AT ST. JEANS and the profanity they use is not even funny. It's getting way too ghetto for me and I can't wait until my lease is up sO I can MOVE!!!
