I've been living in St. Jean Apartments for all most a year and thank god I have only a years lease. They have three pools and only two are cleaned and one is closed for ever because they say that the people throw trash in it and makes it drity. First off the people don't throw trash in them the maintenance peopl doesn't keep up with the trash around the area. Plus the trash peole don't come out often so the trash cans are always over flowing with trash. The other two pools aren't open often because of children that horse play in them and the parents that should be watching them aren't outside thus making the people who would love to swim not beable. There is always people outside at all times of the night. One pizza place won't even deliver here what so ever because they don't find his place saft. If you have a problem with anything in your apartment expect a few months before they come and fix it. FOr example my kitchen sink was leaking and it took them about two months to come fix it. My A/C has broke a few times and it sometimes took them three days to come fix it and keep in mind it was very hot outside and I had a my little girl that was four months at the time here. She still is but she is now one. At the play ground people throw their eaten crawfish shells in the playground area where the kids play. That's just rude. For the most part 75% or more peole that live here are rude. For anyone who is looking for apartments don't live here. They false advertise things.
