I am currently a resident at St. Jeans and regret moving here. I remember when these apartments weren't so bad. Now...it is terrible and I can't wait for my lease to end. It states in your lease how you have to maintain your apartment, like having blinds in the window at all times...WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ALUMINUM FOIL!! It also says you can't keep trash on the balcony...YEAH RIGHT. Not to mention the dumpster...can we get it dumped at least once a month. Speaking of trash, I have children knocking on my door atleast twice a day asking if they can get rid of my garbage for $1. Where are the parents and where in the hell is management. I could have moved to Brandywine and paid less rent if this was the kind community I wanted to live in.
After hurricane Katrina...there was a murder in these apartments. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!
