do not bring your family here.
this is bad place, with high crime and lots of drugs. the children are just as bad as the adults. they run wild with no parent to be found. run around screaming whenever theyre not in school. their are constant fights, pulling of the fire alarms, busting out window screen, throwing eggs at windows, keying cara etc etce etc. and thats not even coming close to describing what the summer is like. it's a damn zoo.
adults and kids openly smoke weed in broad daylight. if you complain to the office, they laugh it off and it never gets reported. i notice that in order to be socially accepted, you must own a car thats falling apart, prefferably with no windows, and a loud radio (which must be played full blast at all hours of the night) and with large rims all the while living in section 8 housing. the american dream for some i guess.
local takeout restaurants will not deliver here after dark. some not at all. this is due to the high crime and the constant flow of 911 calls made to the complex all day everyday.
maintenance is non-existant. the office hours are conveniently set up so that you can not get in touch with the front office if you work a full time job. and if you ever do get in touch with anyone on staff, they are EXTREMELY rude. on 3 different occasions, i have had a maintenance problem and it took 1 month or more to get taken care of. the noise problem is unbelievable. people do not sleep around here. they just play their music and stay our all night talking loud. the theft is worse. if you complain to the main office, they say call the sheriff, if you call the sheriff, they hardly even come out anymore. there really should be a security guard, but their isnt.
their arent enough dumpsters, therefore it seems that the residents feel it's perfectly ok to throw their trash all over the grounds. ( im talking about ENTIRE bags of trash all over the fields)

there are pools, though i have never seen them open. there is a basketball court, though it has never had poles or a net, there are tennis courts but they are not enclosed with a fence or have a net on the. both of these facilities are located near one of the most popular group of buildings for 911 call ins. there are 3 playgrounds. all of which are swamped with teenagers just waiting to beat up on little kids and then mouthing off to some of the very few adults left who try to repremand them for it.

it seems no matter how blatently i write my apartment number on my mailbox, my mail never gets it's way to me,

the apartment itself is not bad. when you move in, it's cleaned, carpets freshly steamed and sometimes repainted. theyre pretty decent sized with lots of light fixtures, furnished kitchens and ample room for all of your furniture. the closets have lots of space too. water and sewage are included in the rent, and the AC is very cold and cool/heats the apartment very quickly. energy costs are low. the main office does provide free AC filters once a month with your rent as long as you can get home in time to catch them when theyre open. once you sign that lease though, youre on your own, b/c the only way it seems you can get the attention of the office for anything around here is if theyre evicting you, otherwise they ignore you.

I LIVED THERE A FEW YEARS AGO & TRUST ME IT WAS NO BETTER THEN. THERE WAS ACTUALLY A SHOOTING ONE AFTERNOON NOT FAR FROM OUR APT. THE KIDS DOWNSTAIRS WOULD PLAY IN OUR STAIRWELL & BUG US ALL THE TIME ASK US IF WE HAD SOME TRASH TO BRING OUT. THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE SOME MONEY. I ACTUALLY WENT & PURCHASED A GUN TO CARRY BACK & FORTH WITH ME TO MY CAR BECAUSE I WORKED AT NIGHT. I CARRIED IT IN PLAIN SIGHT IN THE DAY & AT NIGHT JUST TO LET THEM KNOW I HAD IT. I STILL KNOW SOMEONE WHO LIVES THERE & I ACTUALLY DROVE THROUGH THERE THE OTHER DAY & IT IS JUST GETTING WORSE. IT IS RIDICULOUS BECAUSE WAS A NICE PLACE. IT IS THE MANAGEMENTS FAULT.

This place sucks. I lived there for years. Megan in the front office with her black man ---- sucking ass makes me sick, along with her the manager Dee with her drunken ass. Watch these ------- (literally), because if you are a hard working, not on Section 8, or FEMA you will experience troubles getting your deposit back, and have lies why they think you should or should not receive it. This place has gone to the dumps. Crime and drugs have taken over the complex. Pay close attention to your children, they may be selling drugs for the local drug dealer in the complex (Slim).
