Yes, I live on the other side of the fence. St. Jean's tenants are constantly jumping the fence and walking through the neighborhood to get to Walmart, McDonald's etc. on O'Neal Lane. I hate it. Even if I begin to sympathize because it is a long walk the other way around, the sympathy quickly ends when I wake up to trash in my yard every morning. These people do not have pride in themselves so why would they want to respect someone's property? They should just close the whole d@#n place down.
