Find Something Elsewhere!

My Finance' moved to St. Jean November of last year. The day we moved his furniture in, there was a group of about 10-15 people standing out in front of their unit "hanging out" smoking weed and drinking beer. These same neighbors sit outside all day listening to the radio(because they don't have a job) We can't even walk into his apartment without them trying to sell us food stamps or something else they stole. We constantly hear loud music and arguing. There are countless children unsupervised riding bikes in the parking area, not to mention, there is trash EVERYWHERE. Once this complex started accepting section 8 residents, everything went way down hill. I feel sorry for the homeowners of the neighboring subdivision, I would truely hate to own property next the eye sore that is St. Jean. I can't wait until his lease is up and he can move out because there is no way I would ever live there. So if you like loud offensive music, trash, the sound of police sirens and gun shots, by all means move to St. Jean otherwise FIND SOMETHING ELSEWHERE!
