First of all, i would like to say i do not and WILL NOT live in St. Jean apartments. I have ridden through there looking for an apartment and what trash. There is garbage everywhere, buildings were burned to the ground, underage kids and some adults running around smoking weed, ghetto cars riding around with their radios blaring, etc. I have read the reviews and the people that have recommended these apartments are idiots. I noticed that they cant spell worth a crap so they obviously arent smart enough to know that they live in trash. I dont know what has happened, they used to be so nice. I feel sorry for the decent people like myself that have to live there or in the surrounding area. Its hard to find a nice place with affordable rent especially when you are a single hard working mother. I think the whole apartment complex needs to disappear along with the trash living there. Oh by the way, this doesnt apply to everyone living there.

I totally agree with you! I am moving out now b/c they have the nerve to go up a extra hundred dollars on the rent, but I'm like mad b/c they went up the last time we signed the 6month lease and we were about to sign it again and seen they went up. I was like "you have got to be kidding me"! They have horrible maintenance( don't fix anything on time)& when I say on time I mean like I called them to fix my AIR and it took them 2days (that is an emergency) It was really hot in the apartment & I have a daughter who is 2!!! My ice machine has been broke since i moved here and they still have not fixed it! I'm goin to second that and say DO NOT MOVE TO ST. JEAN...you may think its worth it, but in the end you will see it's not! Good Luck!
