It is located in a really good location, but Sterling is not as good as they make it out to be. I'd say it's average and what you pay for it is way above average. The maintence was nice but probably because they had to come out to our appartment every week to fix our boken air conditioner and see us sweating and hear our complaints for a few days before they realized we need help at that moment. Not a bad place but you can find way better for what you pay there.
