I have been here for 2 years and I have come to depise this place. I live in a 3 bed/3 bath apartment right by the pool (they add $5/month to be by the pool.) The loud and obnoxious parties they throw at the pool are ridiculous. The music rattles the furniture and the bass can give anyone a headache. You can call and complain about this, but they don?t care about anyone once your name is signed on that lease. Maintainance is a JOKE. I usually have to fix our broken AC myself. Office staff can come into your apartment WHENEVER they feel like coming. Fire alrams go off at 2 AM for no reason at all during midterms. Parking is also a joke, don?t ever invite people over, because they will have no place to park, or will get towed. The office staff are all idiots - managers AND student workers. The walls are so thin ,you can hear every little thing from above, below, and beside you. If you want to study or work on school work, you?ll have to leave to go to the library because of the amount of noise. Office staff doesn?t care and they don?t do anything about loud neighbors or their own obnoxious parties. Please, spare yourself and lease somewheres else.
