Bedroom and Bathroom size in the 3bed/3bath were nice...closets were huge...pantry is big...but thats about it. The kitchens seem okay but once you've got a few people living there...waaaaay too small.

We had ant problems all the time and they NEVER STOPPED!!! They sent an exterminator once...she showed up with a can of some WalMart brand stuff and, needless to say, that didn't stop the ants. Our AC broke...2 days before it was fixed in 90 degree days. Then our heat went out in the middle of Dec- the next evening someone shows up.

Also, they should realize that since their residents are college students, to plan for finals/mid terms. All during Finals week they decide to have Landscaping week- 20 guys walking around with gas-powered leaf blowers and weed-eaters all day long was annoying.

Parking for residents is okay...can get a little hard but thats easily fixed by their $15/month carports- a worthy investment in my opinion. However, they're strict about towing non-residents, and have VERY few guest spaces which is annoying for your visitors.

After living here 4 months- my we started looking for some place new. If you HAVE to have the location- and HAVE to have something relatively new/good size and can deal with the annoyances...then by all means. But if you can stand to make a 10 minute drive every morning- do like us, split the rent of Mansions in the Park, Park on Bluebonnet, Citiscape, or some other nice-in-town apartment complex.
