Don't be deceived by its close proximity to campus! I live in a 3br and you'd be amazed at what you can get at other places in town for a comparable price. However, location is great, I haven't had any problems w/ maintenance, and since I live on the third floor, we don't hear too much noise. Main problem is that I feel raped monthly when I pay $415 for my share of under 1000 sq. ft. Rooms are too small and kitchen is definately too small once you get more than one person in there. It's best to not have any friends since there will be no place for them to park. Oh yeah, then there's the pack of rabid leaf-blower men.
