Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived there for a year at the first apartment near the pool. This place is wildly overpriced and it's a complete zoo.
The kitchens are a joke. The fire alarms go off ALL of the time and it takes the maintainence people hours to turn them off sometimes.
The staff is incompetent. We had a major problem with a guy who lived above us that would cause loud noise all hours of the day for months on end. I confronted the guy about it a few times and he was still a ----. He even tried to rush into our apartment once when my roommate banged on the ceiling. We talked to the staff about it and they did nothing.
Finally, the guy takes a maintainence hose and floods our apartment one night when we're not there. Management wanted us to go rent a shop vac at first, but then they eventually agreed to pay for it after a whole day. THEN AFTER TWO DAYS, they agreed to evict the douche bag upstairs.
