you are paying way too much for the little bitty apartment you are getting. i lived in a 3 br/ 3 ba. i love having my own bathroom and big closet. but the living room is too small..the kitchen is practically nonexistent. we live on the first floor and can hear every single thing. the patio area is a little block of cement where you can sit and look at the wooden fence. can never get tanning appointments. gross carpet. had to learn to fix some of my own maintenance problems. lots of cars getting broken into near our apt. guy held at gunpoint and robbed by the pond. fire alarms going off at like 3:30 am the week of midterms with no fire. taking over an hour to turn it off. and strange men always around here blowing the leaves around. and no visitor parking. i like the newness of the complex, the pool, the location, and the whole overall experience (met a lot of cool LSU students). but..not sure if it is worth all the money.
