Im so glad i came across this website so i can warn people NOT to choose to live in Sterling. The day we moved in, my apartment was a complete wreck. There was grease all over the living room carpet(like someone worked on their motorcycle in the middle of the den), I had cat litter and feces in my closet, the place was a dump. Anyway, our apartment was the only one with probelems. The management was replaced shortly thereafter, but nothing really changed. The carpet was so damaged it had to be replaced. My roomate's father slipped the maitenance guy a 100 dollar bill so we could have our carpet replaced promptly (which worked like a charm). Anyway, the walls are made of paper, servicemen will barge into the apartment without knocking...just dont live here, this place is a dump for the money you pay.
