I read most of these before I moved in for the 2005-2006 school year, and didn't think much of it. Looked like a great place, but boy was I mistaken. My roomm mate was growing pot plants in his closet, and they wouldn't let me move out and get out of the lease, nor evict him for THREE months!

Staff was horrible, management doesn't care about problems, and maintanence sucks! The cops came and did a search of my apartment over my room mate's extra curriculurs, and broke all the bedroom doors. They didn't get fixed until after he was evicted. Needless to say, I moved out once they told me no, and got stuck paying rent at two places to live safely.

Do not live there, nobody wants to take care of you, and they just don't give a damn about you as a tenant, except when you pay rent on the 5th, then they send you letters and notes about it!

I believe all of this happened because my daughter had a bad experience there also and I have filed a complaint with the BBB. The management breaks the rules of the lease and has no concern for the tenants whatsoever. They do not even care if weed is being used, they look the other way. The first rule is NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES and NO PETS whatsoever on the premises and they allow both even after it is reported. It is all about collecting the money.
