I was all excited to live in this apartment complex because the people at the front office were nice. Well, that's all an act. Once you move in, they won't help you out at all. Half the time they're clueless, and the other half they just don't care. Maintenence is the same story. If you want something fixed then you better be able to go back in time and put your work order in a month earlier. For example,I woke up one morning to find my bathroom being taken over by ants that came through a broken faucet handle in the bathtub. Maintenence came to fix it... two weeks later. I had to spray by bathtub everyday because the ants were ready to move in. Since I'm on the subject of random creatures living in the apartment, I should warn you that you might find a lizard in your room. Or in my case... three lizards. The screen on my window was broken causing the lizards to find their way in. I put in a work order about this too... but it still hasn't been fixed.

And the walls are paper thin, which causes you to hear everything your next-door-neighbors are doing. Along with that, you can always, and I mean always, hear when people are coming down or going up the stairs. Not to mention the noise from the traffic on Burbank.--- Oh, and it's not a very clean place. Every morning I find a new piece of lovely trash outside my door or on the tiny patio. And if your one of the lucky ones then you'll get a nice greasy pizza box left on the hood of your car. Or worse, YOUR SIDE MIRRORS TORN OFF YOUR CAR. I know many people who have had their own personal vehicles vandalized here. Three had their side mirros torn off, one had his tires slashed, and two had their cars keyed. This is not a good place to live, and if you are actually going to school to get an education then I recommend you stay away from this place. You will find yourself battling your neighbors, the front office, maintenance, and random people instead of studying for that big test.

Main point to all of this: DON'T LIVE HERE!!!
