My two roomates and I heard all of the bad things EVERYONE had to say about these apartments and we completely disreguarded their comments. BAD IDEA! It was even worse than what they said. First of all...I walk in my "furnished" room to find all of the pieces of my broken desk scattered throughout my room. Utilities included' I think not...we paid a water bill, electricity bill, and a cable bill. 30% of every piece of clothing we put in the dryer has burn marks and holes in them. The kind lady who runs the place refuses to pay for ALL $700 worth of our damaged clothing. We have come home to find a lake in our kitchen multiple times from our washing machine! You can't wear pants on the plastic squares of tile in the kitchen without pulling up a tile. The drain in the sink is constantly clogged. The garbage disposale does not dispose of a thing! Stepping foot on the carpet leaves a permanent stain. The terminator himself couldn't kill all of the ants in this place! Stepping into these apartments is like stepping into the seventh circle of hell! DON'T DO IT!!!!!!
