the location is great. it's close to campus, right on the bus route, and a short walk to tigerland. everything else about this place is awful. first off, the apartments are ugly, and the furniture is uncomfortable. plus, all the "included" things aren't included all, such as energy, water, and cable. the air in my apartment did not work for 3 consecutive days THE ENTIRE YEAR. we would get it serviced (after about a million service requests and weeks), and it would stop working soon after. our drier was taken apart and then not fixed for an entire month. the pool was not usable the entire second semester because a resident broke a bottle in there, but it was never fixed despite promises that it would be. over the christmas break, they decide to shut down the online paying system, and refused to compensate for the late fees that were caused by having to mail the check. the place is awful, DON'T LIVE HERE.
