UC never cleaned the apartment before i moved in, it was filthy and disgusting! then i only lived in my apartment for 21 days until i realized i just moved into hell! on september 11th water leaked into my room when it rained and left half of my room soaking wet. maintance sucks they took forever to "fix" the problem, and they never completely fixed it. you can tell by the pictures. they gave me a lame excuse for why they only fixed the wall and not the ceiling. Then the same thing happened AGAIN about a week ago and now i dont have a bedroom. i am paying rent for a room that wont be fixed for another month. i have a whole in my wall, mold in the carpet,water marks on the ceiling, my furniture is everywhere but my room and the smell is disgusting. i cant live in my room so im basically homeless and theyre "sorry" and they have no where to put me. Oh and i have to pay rent again on nov 1.Maintenance is HORRIBLE, the staff in the office are RUDE, NOT HELPFULL, and DUMB. The leasing manager (aka Miss Piggy with out a brain) spends her time in the office checking myspace and making her birthday party invitations on the computer while talking about how everyone has told her shes lost so much weight by drinking coke, (true story, my roomate had to work for with her for a day, and then quit because she didnt want to be associated with idiots). Dont live here!
P.s. if you dont believe me you can see what im talking about on the local news tonight or tomorrow, im blasting UC for all of baton rouge to see how they operate.
