Things are better than they used to be

My girlfriend lives here, and last fall whenever she moved here in a 3Bed/3 Bath most of the things mentioned on this site were absolutely true.

However, most of their problems are due to their inexperience and inability to keep a constant staff. They cannot keep any long term employees.

It is easy to see that they have tried to make a huge turn around since my girlfriend moved in, and managers from the national company have come down on several occasions to resolve many of the bad things mentioned (a lot of people have either quit or been fired).

New maintenance staff and new leasing managers have done well to make this a good place to live with constant events and giveaways, but in my opinion it is still high priced in comparison to other local apartments.

I would be willing to live here, but for less money.

Parking is still very limited.

Noise IS a problem

The grounds are very well kept and so is the POOL...

the green pool photos are a thing of the past.

Maintenance is getting much better with their new staff, and I think that this complex will be much more competitive in the market in a few more years.

again, it's not as bad as it used to be.

Not Sterling anymore....

and I hear it wont be owned by College Park for much longer either 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

sorry pal, I hate to burst yiour bubble, but no, things are not better. I still know quite a few of my old friends who re-signed their leases and I know exactly how they still conduct their business. anyone going to check this place out for fall 2008 beware, this place puts on a serious front during this time to lock you into a contract.
