Best Apartment in Baton Rouge For the Price

I have lived at the warwick for eight months now and with electricity included, its by far the best apartment for the money in baton rouge. Lovations is excellent with easy access to 1-10 and I-12. Gated and very safe here. Maintenence crew is very good, quick to fix any problems and I have only had one problem, my doorbell. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.
