I lived at the warwick for 2 years. I abided by the rules, and for the most part had few problems. However... after katrina, I had to move for a job and BOY DID THEY SCREW ME OVER! I did everything thing they said to move out properly.... USED THEIR CARPET CLEANING COMPANY <>>, turned in the notice to vacate, had the place spotless before i left, etc, etc... and WHAM! A BILL FOR OVER $1OOO! for carpet replacement! why did the carpet need replaced' Because their maintance men did a halfass job fixing the ac, so it leaked everywhere twice- thus soaking the pad beneath carpet. and the lucky tenant leaving is the one to foot the bill for their screw up. They claimed to have pictures which was a bold face lie. But even if there were pics, the hidden damage was caused by their own sloppy work and negligence. I demanded proof that the carpet was ruined (because my pictures of move out day showed an immaculate clean place), but they couldn't come up with any evidence. LIES LIES LIES! I could go on and on about this battle, but basically... RENTER BEWARE!
