I have been staying there for the past five months. I believe you get what you pay for. These apartments are a steal for the area it is in located near Town Center and Bocage. Everything that lifts the value of an apartment is time for an upgrade. The bathroom, kitchen and wash area. First off they told us the apartment has washer and dryer connections and there is not enough room in the closet to put a full size washer and dryer and have room to load it. The washer and dryer are side by side and I have to climb over the dryer to put stuff in the washer.
There is supposed to be wireless internet service, but if you live in the back like I do you are going to have to bite off of someone else's because their router does not provide adequate service to the last two buildings.
The bathrooms and kitchen is in need of a serious upgrade. Everytime I have had maintenance issues they have had a very quick response.
I was not able to see the apartment before I moved in but I still had to provide the non-refundable deposit to complete my application. This I thought was completely unfair. I understand why utilities are included because this is really a $650 a month at most apartment in a high end neighborhood. They can in no way compete with the Gates or Cedar Lodge.
