Lets see.

How do I loathe thee, let me count the ways:

1.Instead of being able to call the complex and ask for repairs to be done, you are asked to go out of your way to come to the office and fill out a form each time you need work (which is OFTEN, what with the ceiling leaks and such).

2.You have absolutely no grace period. If your rent is not there by the 1st, you will be charged $25 on the 2nd and then $5 each day thereafter.

3.Be prepared to have five different people in the office tell you five different balances on what you owe them because no one there really knows.

4.Recently did away with 6 mos leases and will only do 12 month leases, even though they know it is a college complex and would be more convenient to have shorter leases.

5.Informed everyone that they would be raising rent yet AGAIN in a couple of months.

6.Pool'! What pool!' Oooh! The swamp sludge in the back' Okkkk. I get it now.

7.You never feel safe. You have a "alarm system" that is supposedly "monitored". But if it ever goes off, the police never come, and no one from the "monitoring company" will ever contact you.

8.Constant parties from loud neighbors who you have to call the police on every weekday.

9.Muddy - still unpaved even though in dire need to be - vistors parking. If ya got a visitor, be prepared to have them park in mud and slush because the paved parking is only for tenants.

10. No... We?re not EVEN going to go into the attitude of the staff. Let?s not go there. Please.

11.The T-1 connection that you pay so dearly for in your rent is instantly down if it rains for five minutes, and then will take two weeks to repair.

12.The movie channels are now being taken off of the cable that is included in your rent, so now you have to pay for those yourself, too.

13.If you have mold growing on your ciling due to the constant leak from the roof air conditioning systems and it takes the maintenance people a week to get to it, they will not do anything about the source of the leak. Instead they will simply spray some more ceiling paint over the mold and hope that tides you over until it starts seeping through again.

Need I go on' I think not. Recommend this place to others' Hell no!
