Tiger Plaza

I think that the reviews that are written by those claiming to loooove living here must have been planted by office staff members. Otherwise, they would have read just like all of the others did. Tiger Plaza is complete and utter crap. It is hell. It is worse than hell. And much like hell, they don't want anyone to ever leave, but instead to suffer there for all of eternity. When my new complex tried to get my rental history, it took almost an act of Congress for them to finally get it. I cannot wait to get out. I am terrified that they are going to financially screw me at the end, but I am prepared for that. Everything that everyone says is true. Parking is terrible, and the towing company men are just obnoxious. There is ALWAYS work being done on a roof somewhere, so these jackass workmen are there to sexually harass you when you walk your dog and have this huge vat of foul-smelling tar crap that you know when you breathe you are getting cancer. No, Jade B., this place is not some Tigerland Shangri La, like you try to make it sound.
The pools ARE always dirty. I know several residents who cross the street to use that complex's pool. They are cloudy, or green with stuff growing in them. I notice that now they are clean, and they painted all around them to make them look nice. But people are getting ready to make the massive mistake of moving in. That is the same reason that they have pressure washed the walls twice in the past two months or so, when I don't think they have done it at all in the past year. In fact, I have been trapped in my apartment and late for work because if I opened my door I would have been hit in the face by high pressure bleach water. TIGER PLAZA FUN AGAIN!!!
Oh, and maintenance might be nice to some, as other reviews have suggested, but that is if they show up at all. Then they will blame whatever the problem is on the resident and then not fix it anyway.
Get ready. This place is terrible. I don't know who R. W. Day is, but if I ever meet him, I will personally be fighting back the urge to kick his ---.
