I lived at Tiger PLaza for over a year. I experienced many problems due to disorganized management. Probably the worst experience was when I payed rent 3 days before it was due and then received an eviction notice if I did not immediately pay the rent I had already paid. I had a copy of the check stamped by Tiger Plaza and my bank statements to show where the check had cleared but I barely received an apology about the incident. Also, I had trouble with my phone and internet going out on many occasions and it often took weeks for the technical guy to come and fix them. And,being awaken at 4 am so that they can pour concrete for those gates is not a pleasant experience. My car was broken into during the time that I lived there and my stereo and cd's were stolen so beware of lax security. Do not expect to see any of your deposit again because they charge you for things that were in disrepair when you moved in even though they were noted on your move-in checklist. Oh, and please be advised, your alarm may not ever work because it was not reset properly but that wont stop the alarm company from waking you up at 7 am to ask you why your alarm is going off (they had the wrong phone numbers so they thought that the unit with the alarm going off had my phone number). Overall, it was a really bad experience for me and I would hate anyone to go through it not knowing what I experienced. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
