I was excited to live here, and it seemed like a very nice, well kept place. However, I had problems since day 1. My shower didn't work for over a month before they fixed it, the hot water heater's broke TWICE, the microwave DOESN'T work, the SEWAGE backed up into my bathtub and sink, my apartment FLOODED TWICE, I have had continuous problem with roaches, spiders, and MICE! Yes...I said MICE!!!!! It's like pulling teeth trying to get the office to fix things, then they treat you like YOU'RE doing them some huge inconvenience for even asking. It took over 2 months to finally get rid of the rats in my apartment, although the roaches seem to be there to stay, even though I've complained several times.
The maintenance men themselves are nice, but the office staff and manager are some of the rudest, most inconsiderate people I've ever met in my life. They go in circles blaming any mistakes on you or each other, but never take responsibility for any of them.
When I asked them if they had ever had mice problems there before, they said no, and acted like it was somehow my fault. But after reading these ratings, it's obvious that this has been a problem for some time.

I urge anyone considering living here, DON'T DO IT. I promise you will regret it! I'm not writing this stuff to get back at tiger plaza or anyone else, I just honestly wish someone had told me this stuff before I decided to live there.
