I have read many of the reviews. I don't understand what they are complaining about. Duh it is going to be loud if your apartment is right behind bars. Doesn't take a genius to figure that one out. I live in the back of the complex and rarely hear a damn thing. And for parking, there is some concerns, but I live here and I always get a parking spot right next to my door. So anyone interested in living in Tiger Plaza, understand it will be loud in the front, but other than that there are now problems. I hope this is helpful to y'all.
