Doesn't sound that bad

I am moving into Tiger Plaza in a week. I have been over there multiple times before because I have friends who live there. They have never complained about the staff or their unit or pest, and I have some picky friends. The facility is nice and oriented to college students. As far as the staff is concern I looked at the reviews for other R. W. Day communities and their hasn't been as many complaints about the staff as they have here, which confuses me b/c you are hired by R. W. Day and not that complex so why would staffing issues change in each complex.
As far as the noise is concerned... you are behind bars, what do you expect' The bars are only open on the weekends for the most part so it really shouldn't be a problem... I know that I will most likely be in the bars on the weekends anyway.
I choose Tiger Plaza because It was spacious, clean, had pools, a beach volleyball court, a cyber cafe', and a doggy park. My friends love it. The people whose apartment I'm taking love it and if they didn't get reassigned to Kansas then they would be staying. The facility is hard to get into because people WANT TO STAY THERE. The leases are for 6 months so if you hate it and have been there for about a year then that is on you... you can move and give someone else a chance at your great apartment!!! Tiger Plaza is ok with me. I will write back after I've moved in and I am more than sure my opinion will not change.
