Rip-off!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. There is a mouse infestation. I aslo got cheated out of my entire dposit and told I must pay an additional 60 dollars or I would be reported to a credit agency. Tiger Plaza is a rip-off!
