Nice layout, we had 2/2 apartment that was recently renovated. They actually gave us a 2 bedroom for the price of a 1 bedroom (at a savings of $300 a month) and said that they would lock the second bedroom. They didn't. :o)

I found the atmosphere too loud with too many parties and inconsiderate neighbors. Also, it is not in a safe area. One morning I was getting dressed at 5 AM to go to work and I hear something right outside my door. I open the door and someone was stealing my husband's brand new bike.

We moved when our lease was up because they were going to charge us for the second bedroom and frankly, it just was not worth it. We did not have problems with mice or roaches at all and we got back 100% of our deposit as well.
