I live at Tiger plaza and can't believe how it is improving. There is a new management team that is taking care of the place. I cant beleive how much money they are spending to improve this place. So far they have re-done the pools, put in a brand new gym, they are putting in all new A/C's and all new roofs and siding. Its a safe place to live and great location (easy to get to campus). My roomate and I just renewed our lease for next year. I would recommend living here.

Obviously and employee, good try though. It's hard to believe that one good review can override the numerous bad reviews from this complex. As a REAL current resident myself, I am aware of the many problems still ongoing. As there is some truth in the fact that the complex is being renovated. However, none of that has really completed yet. I'll believe the improvements when I see it, and when the problems at my apartment finally get fixed.

I agree, obviousley an employee, yeah they might be remodeling the outsides of the apartments, but this is generating so many problems like constant lack of water and no electricity for hours!!! Also managment takes forever to fix indoor problems, it took them 5 days to fix my AC and i been living here for 9 months and the washer machine and microwave have been broken since day 1, they still haven't fixed them, if you have other options, really consider them!
