Living here you don't have to do a thing. You can pay on line mainenace request on line not including there are a ton of good looking nurses here. I found that out by going to the pool.I almost leased somewhere else but I decided to try this place. I'm glad I did. Plus I like all the camera's because I have a brand new car which I want watched
