I have lived here for two years. In the beginning the old management was polite and helpful. This new management is rude. I walked into the front office one day and two workers walked right by me and did not even speak to me while i waited just hand them my rent check.
Just now I called to inform them of a spider problem in my apartment and the lady said "It's that time of year." Sorry, but I should not be having to sleep with spiders crawling on my neck! (That's where I found the last spider.)
The management needs to realize that I am paying them to have their new luxury jaguars and mercedes, and they should treat their rents more like family.

It is quiet in the building I live in. Don't know about others.
