If something breaks, you'd better call a handy friend, since all requests are ignored, shoved into a drawer and forgotten about. Not sure what the large staff really gets paid to do. Very shady operation. Beware.
Dumpster gets empted only once a month. Trash has to be piled outside the dumpster and it gets so high that it actally reaches the top of a 6' fence. So, move to a place that takes pride in its complex and residents. Stay away!
