The sweet stench of garbage and beautiful idiots

The (double) gates are a joke (they will seriously damage your car and good luck with damages -- the lawyer daddy's office is up front to make sure you get nothing). There is virtually no maintenance (pray none of your appliances go out), and garbage piled to the top of the dumpster (on the outside of the dumpster on the street - critters, racoons and probably rats).
The office people drive expensive cars (most of the time there are so many mercedes up front you can't park - these are clearly luxury apartments). The staff is beautiful, but dense: too stupid to care or even have the capicity to understand anything you might tell them. Never have spoken to anyone who actually cares about any of these issues. The owners are clearly new to property management, don't understand customer service, and strangely demanding. These units are advertised as "luxury" apartments.
It appears they have tried to make this a pet friendly apartment complex, which is the only good thing I can say about them unless you don't have animals and don't want the carpet stains from the previous renter.
My recommendation: If you have a beat up car that can take the abuse from the gates, like humidity and heat for extended periods of time (in case your A/C goes out), prefer to wash you clothes in the sink and air dry them (for when you washer and dryer are out), like to pay a premium for the idea of living in a "luxury" apartment complex, and have all your shots and don't mind wild critters or the stench around the dumpster, this place is for you. You'll find a beautiful, but stupid person busy polishing their nails or worrying about the TV lineup when you arrive, and owners who are more worried about the next car they are going to buy than taking care of their renters.
