I have lived in this complex for 3 years and have had a so-so stay. As for the most part, I have watched the management in the office have a large amount of turnover and every girl that gets hired is always a blonde and of course....not overweight. The owners seem to prefer "these women" And I do agree...they seem to act like total idiots when go to the office to ask a question about the complex or turn in a work order. And beware, if the owner is there, I am sure you will hear him screaming for one of his "blonde, petite girls to run to his aide..while the resident get pushed to the side and told to leave the office immediately. If he is married I feel sorry for his wife....wonder if she ever sees him riding around in his silver jag with his bleached blonde girl that works in the front office. You start to notice those kinds of things when you come and go through the complex. I wonder if this is why my A/C doesnt get fix in a timely manner. But I certainly do see where all the residents money goes....the front parking lot does show that!!

I am sure this is the Fat manager who is jealous of the blondes but she finally got rid of them by threatening them. Everyone who lives there knows she is a South Carolina REDNECK!!!!!People hate her
