My stay at Turnberry Place Apartments has been wonderful. I've lived here for awhile now and have not had any real problems. Just like any other complex I have lived, there are downsides... here, the dumpsters always seem to be a problem. Yes, they are full most of the time, it seems there are a lot of residents moving in and others moving out. But a majority of the times when I brought my trash to the dumpsters they have not been full, however, some residents are just too lazy to check the other side of the dumpster or another dumpster to see if it is full. I hear the trash trucks picking up trash at least 2 times during the week in the wee hours of the morning. I too had an A/C problem and it was taken care of the same day. What many residents do not understand is that this is a large complex and during the hot months of the summer, everyone has problems with their A/C. Just beacuse your A/C went out 30 minuets ago, they can not just jump right to you; there are other residents who have been with out A/C for longer and are first in line to get their problem fixed. We all pay good money for a good place to live...
Also, many of these previous ratings are complaining about the office staff. Everyone is not "blonde and petite"; there is now a guy working in the office (he is pretty cute). The office staff at Turnberry has been nothing but courteous to me and have addressed my needs in a timely manner. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
