I've lived here since August and have been extremely pleased with occupancy. I'm here to start grad school and I don't plan on leaving this apartment until I graduate. I've read the negative reviews from others and would like to address a couple of them.

I have had no problem with the gates. It does not take 5 minutes to get in as another reviewer wrote. That is a gross exaggeration I've noticed the arms that have been broken off and that is due to impatient drivers who try to speed under the arms after the car in front has driven under. They are typically fixed quickly. I have had no problems with any construction or maintenance. The few times I've had to put in for a maintenance call they were there within a week. If you've ever lived in an apartment complex of this size that is a very good turn around time for maintenance.

As for the office staff, yes they are beautiful and they may have nice cars, but that has nothing to do with their ability to do their jobs. During my stay they have been on top of their jobs to date. I've had to speak to all three of them at different points in my stay here and they've always been amiable, accomodating, and well-informed as to what issues I've needed addressed.

I have heard about problems with noise and bugs. I fortunately live on the third floor and don't hear anything from other neighbors, but I have heard from our neighbors below that they can hear us a good amount. I've also heard about bug problems, but I've had no issues of my own. If you are looking into moving here (and you should) try to live on the top floor.

For the most part I don't really know where these negative comments are coming from. I'm curious if most of the boorish, impolite, negative reviews come from impatience and lack of experience in apartment complexes. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
