First, the gate designing is so stupid. It takes so long to open and it opens towards the car! I don't see why they have a gate and then a lifting bar there. So the bar is often damaged by some car.
Second, the security is really bad. During the hurricane Gusta, we lost power for two weeks! In those two weeks, no one was ever in the rental office. The gate was widely open. No one cared about the residents there. Since I did not live there when we had no power (I had a 5 month old baby), so I did not pay my rent on time (I tried to call the rental office to arrange my payment every day, but no one ever answered the phone). Then one day I went back to the apartment to get some personal stuff and found a note on my door. They were going to charge me late payment fee!!! We were still out of power at that time!!!
Third, also the worst, I finally moved out of that place. We lived on the second floor with the stairs in my apartment. The guy living downstairs often smoked very heavily. We could always smell it in my apartment. But I did not complain to the rental office since I thought we could not prevent the guy from smoking in his home. But after we moved out and received their refund of our deposit, you know what' They charged us $283 for the smoke odor on the carpet!!! We never smoked in the apartment. We had a little baby!!! I am so angry with them. I never want to live there again!
Fourth, people who walk their dogs never clean dog ----. It's everywhere on the lawn.
Fifty, the air-condition and heater control was not working properly. When the temperature reached the setting temperature, it kept running.They came to fix the controller several times and still did not solve the problem.
