The University Commons seemed like a great place in the brochure. They said they would have a themed party once a month but I have only seen one on move in day. The office staff was pretty rude to me some of the time. However, the other staff was pretty friendly. Parking can be horrible at times. The management threatens to tow the people without tags that park in Reserved spots but are not as good as they should be, so the residents have to park far away or in the grass (which dont do or you'll get fussed at.) If you do move here, make sure to get one of the inside rooms (The furniture set up is better). We didnt have full-sized washer or dryers when we got here, but our dryer broke and then we were given a full-size dryer. The lighted basketball and tennis courts were really nice. The bus stop got pretty crowded at times (most do). Our microwave is kind of shotty. The carpet was already dirty when we moved in and there were spots of white paint on our tan walls that was never fixed. However, the Commons had a GREAT location. Just about a 1/2 mile from campus.
