the Commons sucks! Beau Brown is the biggest ------- to walk the face of the earth and thats not a lie. He is just gross. The management sucks too. They're rude and talk to you like you're dumb.

There are outrageous late fees. They often receive checks and cash them and then say they did not receive them. After that they turn around and charge you late fees even though you've already turned it in. Stupid!!

The commons takes advantage of people. The End.

I'm not gonna lie, it was fun when I first moved in. There were lots of parties but now its boring but still loud, I dont get it.

And parking - dont leave your apt after 8pm cause when you get back you will not have a place to park! They say they tow cars without a sticker but thats bull! 75% of the cars in the parking lot are visitors in a reserved spot.

There have been several break ins and guess what' Still no seciruty patrolling the complex.

The best thing about the commons was the maint. workers but he quit - and I do not blame him!
Really - dont live here...

COMMONS IS MUCH BETTER NOW. BEAU NO LONGER IS MANAGER. MAINTENANCE IS AMAZING! ANYTHING WE'VE NEEDED HAS BEEN FIXED PROMPTLY
