noisy, inadequate parking, maintenance sucks

We could hear pretty much anything that went on with the neighbors, even if they were just playing music.
Maintenance people don't really know much. We've had to explain to them what needed to be done on several occasions.
I work as a waitress and don't get off until like 2:30/3:00 and when I came home I'd have to park really far from my apartment. They've started towing more, so parking has improved slightly.
There were several break-ins over Christmas and the only thing they've done is pass out fliers telling people to lock their doors. Duh.
Kitchen is completely inadequate for 4 people.
