My daughter has been at the Commons for 3 years. They have had their ups and downs with past management but the new management is on the ball and have been very courteous. Whenever I've call with maintenance concerns, they've been if not resolved then at least addressed within 24 hours. The apartment themselves are very nice (as long as residents keep them up). I understand that all apartments are being renovated with new furniture. The pool and work out areas are always in good shape. In a good area with easy access to LSU campus.
