Varn Villa is beyond horrible. The maintenance is nonexistant. There was a leak in my roof for 6 months and I finally had to have a legally binding document drawn so I wouldn't have to pay for it when I moved. Their office is comepletely mismanaged and rude and they yell at you over the phone if you ask questions. The complex is dirty and poorly lit and often times there were strange people wandering around.
