I am a current resident of Varn Villa and I am counting down the days until my lease is over. Maintenance is like pulling teeth. Recently I have had two very big maintenance problems, one of which still has not been fixed. Things that were reported when I first moved in over 6 months ago still have not been fixed.
The people in the front office are very nice but the building is not in the best shape and too expensive for what you get. It is not safe at all and I would recommend that each person search a little bit more before settling on this apartment complex. Every month there is something else going wrong with the place besides the aforementioned maintenance problems, including silverfish and spiders.
