Varn Villa

This is hell. Do not move to this place. Initially they had a crazy lady as a manager. She always gave apartments to new tenants without cleaning it. The area looks like a hide -out .There are racoonss running in and out of the trash can all the time. I even once had a racoon jump on me when I threw my trash inside the trash can. The new manager is not better than the old one. They charge such high rent and it is worser than living in the low class motel. About aprking, they never have enpugh parking.They do not have any facilities in the apartment and also all the time there is mulch smell around which makes you throw up. They say pets are not allowed andd all the time you can see dog poop lying on the ground. Everyday morning you can see people with their dogs and cats outside. they are cheats...They do not maintain the property well. no landscaping and they just blow the leaves on the pathway to the side and thats it....When it rains, you do not ned to go to a pool because you find small muddy pools everywhere...very dirty property and very dirty management people. beware of them....
