Pros
It was quiet, the rooms are decent. Close to LSU.
Things got fixed pretty quickly.
Staff was nice at 1st

Cons
Maintenance guy stole my pain meds after my surgery
The stream smells like sewage.
The bugs flying around outside.
The mgrs threw my stuff out BEFORE my lease ended despite the fact that I was paid in full and on time.
